I have conducted an analysis that uses booking and listing data of the Seattle Airbnb hosts to answer two important questions: what property, policy, and pricing choices maximize the revenue for the Airbnb hosts in Seattle, WA? What are the projected revenue and the booking rate for the hosts with some specific property attributes, pricing, and policies? Specfit is as a Python/C++/ROOT utility I developed for fitting arbitrary cosmic ray energy spectrum (flux) measurements into model functions using binned Poisson log likelihood method and displaying the results. Constant and nonlinear energy scale corrections are supported.
